Service Rates

On-Site Service: $65.00 per hour

On-site is available from Langdale to Halfmoon Bay. Areas outside this perimeter are billed travel time. There is a one-hour minimum on all on-site calls.

Drop Off Service: $50.00 per hour

Drop-off service is available (by appointment) and is recommended for more serious problems such as hardware failures or virus infections.

Telephone or Online Service: $15.00 per 1/4 hour

Sometimes it can be quicker and easier for you to have Len answer a few questions over the phone or hook up directly to your computer over the internet. Time is billed in quarter hour increments of $15.00 per.
